Jake sat down, looking back at Rebecca. "Hey." he said, then sat in the row in front of Kara.
Polly was trying to look like she was going to any random row, and just 'happened' to go next to Jake. She looked back at Kara. "Hey, cuz." she smiled.

Polly seemed to adjust herself, going more near Jake.
Jake smiled at Polly.
Kara was glad Rebecca wasn't here. She would be very upset.

"Um, Ms. Henderson?" Mrs. Lynix, the teacher, called to Milly.
"Um, that's me." Milly replied.

Kara was afraid of what was going to happen. She ran outside back to Rebecca. "Becca, please. I need you. I need you to support me." Kara said, dragging Rebecca back.
"Fine. You've always been good to me. Here's your revenge....Good revenge." Rebecca mumbled.
They sat next to each other.
Rebecca looked at Jake and Polly and looked hurt.

Kara and Rebecca had this thing about Milly's personality...they didn't like it.
Polly didn't mind Milly but she hardly knew her.

Kara sighed. "Now I want to leave, too." she said. "And if the teacher likes Milly's singing, I never want to talk to Milly again."
Polly looked back at Kara. "I don't see the problem, Kara." she said. "It's not her fault she's good at singing. She was born with it."
Kara folded her arms and didn't say anything.
